General

By booking a service, requesting a quote, or purchasing from CURBS!DE, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may vary based on the vehicle, parts required, labor involved, and unexpected issues discovered during the job.

  • Quotes for referred shops or services are provided for convenience and may change.

Deposits

  • Deposits may be required for certain services, appointments, custom orders, or specialty work.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • If a customer cancels or does not show up, the deposit may be forfeited.

Customer-Supplied Parts

  • Customers may provide their own parts.

  • CURBS!DE is not responsible for incorrect, defective, damaged, missing, or incompatible parts supplied by the customer.

  • Additional labor charges may apply if customer-supplied parts cause delays or require extra work.

Referrals & Third-Party Services

  • CURBS!DE may refer customers to trusted shops, installers, mobile techs, or other third parties.

  • CURBS!DE is not responsible for pricing, scheduling, quality of work, delays, damages, or disputes involving third-party services.

  • Any agreements for referred work are between the customer and the third party.

Scheduling & Availability

  • Appointment times are estimates and may change.

  • CURBS!DE is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, parts availability, shop scheduling, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Mobile Service

  • Mobile services may not be available for every service or location.

  • A safe and suitable work area must be provided.

  • CURBS!DE reserves the right to refuse or reschedule a job if the location is unsafe or unsuitable.

Lighting, Vinyl & Custom Installations

  • Custom work, lighting, vinyl, graphics, and installations may vary slightly depending on the vehicle and materials.

  • CURBS!DE is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden issues, or problems caused by prior modifications.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

  • Custom orders, made-to-order items, graphics, and special-order materials are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.

Liability

  • CURBS!DE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all work, products, and quotes before approving them.

Changes

CURBS!DE reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time.
